WELL i dont honestly have much to say, but i guess it's time i do something before this rots into fertiliser.
uh.
see we had our first match on the 19th and we did quite well, if i say so myself. we won by more than a couple of goals which should evidently prove that we did not win by just a stroke of luck, as i have already mentioned, my dear brother. so would you stop giving me crap? i'm sure your co-operation would be greatly APPRECIATED.
we've got a couple more games coming up so i guess more sweating and blistering awaits.
oh sorrow.
anyway.
yesterday earned me a few hundred dollars.
however, my ridiculously well-planned parents had already decided a future for that wad of cash.

mother: darling, that money has to go into the bank, where it can grow!
besides, you're planning to pay for your own university tuition fees, no?
father: yes, yes. you have to help your poor, sweet parents save money for our
retirement! you have to pay for your own education! did you know, when i was i a
boy, my family was so poor that..

and blahblahblahblah.
or something along those lines anyway.
and so the conclusion is that i'm still freakin' broke.

today the people from China came.
and yes i kind of found out the hard way that none of them really speak much English.
so anyway we kind of just walked around the school and they looked pretty annoyed that we didn't seem to have much to offer them.
then Rymo, Elijah and Siong went to play basketball with some of the guys. then Rymo was kind if commenting how GOOD they were at it.
wasn't it nice of him?
and so we were left with the girls because they obviously weren't going to play basketball.
and so we pointlessly wandered around the ridiculously small school until we could go back to class and then after that they left.
at about 3pm we had training. it was okay luh.
tiring, but okay.
scared eh monday first match.
