friday was our carnival. OMG i can't believe we won 6 games out of 8. well we lost the first 2 games. one to BPGHS no less. CRAP. anyway we kind of came in tops in our category. so ya. not bad i guess. lol then we had to stay on for the award-giving ceremony (if you could call it that). then it turned out that they had to collect back the trophies almost immediately after they issued them to return it to the supplier because they got the wrong stocks. well it did have a picture of a rugby ball on it. so everybody was pretty much kind of confused but oh well. while we were on the train back Chloe suddenly felt a little conked in the head and she draped her oh-so-clean PE shirt on her head. she just had to. so i laughed quite badly and i believe YiQing got a couple of pictures of Chloe looking like a walking talking human lampshade. anyway when i got back i discovered that my home just got turned into a karaoke lounge. my bro was jumping up and down on the sofa warbling some song from Clifford the Big Red Dog episode 14. and my father was doing an irritatingly high-pitched version of 4minutes by Madonna. it wasn't a pretty sight. anyway, there was YDG class today as usual. AND as usual, my oh-so-wonderful friend wasn't here again. YAY ME. oh and my mum decided that my holiday activities just weren't constructive enough. which is why she decided to be COMPLETELY ridiculous and she's making me do EMBROIDERY. good lord. i'm not a tailor.
